CFP policies and procedures are in strict adherence with California Code of Regulations Title 17, as well as pursuant to the guidelines established under California Vehicle Code Section 23158. Our staff is available to testify in court as to their participation in the collection of blood evidence for law enforcement agencies. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
